I’ve had laser hair removal multiple times at Chic in a series of areas and they are by far the most thorough, clean and professional team I have seen. I have sensitive skin and have had amazing results with minimal hair regrowth! I’ve also had multiple of their facials and laser on my face, and truly have felt pampered with a full spa experience, thorough conversations of my skin concerns and explanations of steps I can take to mend them. I had full acne across my forehead and cheeks and saw a significant reduction from their facials and face laser! I now dye and tweeze my eyebrows at Chic, and have been told my eyebrows have never looked better. The energy is always warm and welcoming, I cannot speak highly enough about their services and each member of their team. You will not be disappointed!

Chic salon is beautiful, clean and very inviting. Maria and her staff do an amazing job and you can tell they love their work, are devoted and believe in their products and techniques. I had a micro-needling session and was very impressed with the results. Lady I had last night for my Laser was just so good at her job. She knew a lot , she could have a laugh, she was very professional. She mentioned she didn't normally work at the Penrith store I wish she did as I always find such a quick turn over in employees. Hard to continuously get used to different people having to explain. Aside from that she was amazing!
